I really like this show. I’ve watched each new episode every week since the release. I like seeing the comparison of the dad and his daughter in two different time periods. I think that there are a lot of sweet moments and good lessons that older kids can get from the show. However, like with most shows younger kids will focus more on what the characters say instead of what they learned. For example, in the first episode Sydney calls her dad a “hypocrite” and isn’t very respectful at all. She gets punished at the end of the episode and supposedly learns her lesson but kids that are little won’t understand that she learned anything, they’ll just want to repeat what she said because they want to be like her. I’d say this show is most likely aimed toward 11-14 year olds since that’s about how old the girls in the show are. I give the show a 7 out of 10 because of the reasons above.
