The town Katiya was in wasn’t authentic. I could see the steel grain bins in the background, metal shops, metal roofing, the power poles and power lines were wrong, the lights on the house were Canadian, the trim on the house did not look like Russia, the house did not look Russian, you could tell it was a prairie town. I guessed it was in Manitoba, Canada and I was right. Didn’t look like Russia at all. Poor set choice. Low budget 👎🏻
