This is a brilliantly written book that I bought when I was about to join the industry. There is a lot I learnt about strategy from this book. The vision with which the company was built and operated is told in a very impressive way. There are real life lessons I learnt from this book. What I'd call lessons from a hard knock. I particularly liked chapter 10 - Surviving a crash. ' Fix weaknesses and Forge Ahead ' . It talks about how in order to be valued , one has to be principled and professional in order to attain a vision.
