My 3 stars are for first half only..second half is completely illogical and boring. The director should know the actual banking procedures and relevant existing laws before showing it on screen. Performance of Mahesh Babu, Keerthi Suresh and Samuthirakani holds the movie. Music and background music by Thaman is a plus point. The movie opens very well and till the interval it goes very well. Interval scene with a twist gives positive hopes for audience. But the expection is not at all reached. Second half is very dull with illogical scenes. The director should have taken advice from Banker's or CA atleast. Following are the basic mistakes which the director has not considered on Banking: 1. Rs. 10,000 crore loan cannot be sanctioned to an Individual and by an individual Banker. 10 thousand crore will normally be sanctioned by a group of banks under consortium lending. Basic idea is to diversify the risk. 2. 10 thousand crore loan will be sanctioned by a committee. 3. When a person borrows money from a bank means he has to repay it along with interest which even the borrower knows, it is not that EMI is fixed suddenly. 4. Irrespective of loan amount when the borrower fails to pay EMI notices are served through registered post with acknowledgement and its not served directly through truck service as shown in the movie. 5. Banker's are also middle class people working for salary and receive salary after deduction of EMI. 6. Reserve Bank of India does annual inspection of all Banks and any major deficiencies are immediately reported for compliance. 7. If borrowers don't pay EMI then also Bank doesn't stop paying interest on the deposits of the public. 8. Agricultural lands cannot be taken possession by the banks firstly and selling in auction has never happened in Banking History as far as i know. I have given point wise information to make people aware of wrong things shown against Banks and Banker's in this movie. Finally I would like to conclude that it's a one time watchable movie.
