I'm 84, tired, lazy, limited mobility and inactive. Dr Lyon goes into DEEP science about why & how to restore, maintain skeletal muscle. I was convinced in the first few chapters, to get moving more, modify diet and meal planning. Now I learn that many friends are reading this. I'm worth the effort, if not to fully engage, to take some steps towards better health. I'm feeling better in mere days of modifying my habits.
