I have just finished this book
And liked a lot😍.
It is actually a suggestion by one of my course-mate. Before reading this book I used to take blame on myself when I didnt understand how to use stuffs.But, Right now I come to conclude that it is not our fault. It is It is not our fault. It is Designer's fault due to creating something that is hard to understand and handle. They should take consumer's needs in account while designing products. All in all, it is a must-read book😁
