Great series overall. It is a series that has my heart. I was very optimistic about it from the beginning but once I started to watch the first episode, I knew I had to binge watch it. Mallikajan, Lajjo, Fareddan, Waheeda, Bibbojan, Shama all nailed their roles. Alamzeb's character should have been portrayed with more emotion but I think other than this, it's good. A special appreciation for the actor who played the character of Tajdar. He made me fall in love with his character and his acting was perfect. He balanced the love story of Tajdar and Alamzeb. Their love story was my favourite part of the series. Sanjay Leela Bhansali did a great job in portraying the lives of Tawaifs whose pain and struggle for their dignity as well as for the nation's freedom are forgotten by us. It made me understand that what seems easy these days like having a relationship with the person we love or marrying him or her, was so tough for people earlier and much more for the Tawaifs. It also tells the difference between prostitutes and Tawaifs. Before watching this I thought both were same but I was wrong completely. Tawaifs were more powerful and were not sex workers and also not vulnerable as they are like today. Back then, they were the Queens of art of music and dance, they were respected by everyone untill the British starting ruling and made them prostitutes and exploited them. Back then Tawaifs were the highest taxpayers and that shows the power of women and artists hold back in the days. With this series I have great respect for all the women who fought back then and are still fighting for their dignity. Loved the series and hope you can all watch it.

The drama is so good and at the same time it's so heartbreaking. Even before the last the scene there were incidents that are enough to make you cry. Haein is awesome but I am amazed to see Jisoo's acting. It's hard to believe that it's her 1st main lead drama. I mean this drama is not a simple romcom but a complex one where we all know that it's impossible for the main leads to end up together. Even Young-ro and So-hoo knows that, it's so tough to showcase love, betrayal and pain at the same time. Young-ro was a character who spoke less so the emotions had to be conveyed through pure acting and Jisoo did it perfectly. Only jisoo can do justice to the character of young-ro. Loved the slowed paced romance and all the actors did a marvelous job. I would highly recommend this drama when you are done with the basic romcoms and want to experience a beautiful drama. LOVED IT!! SHOUTOUT TO JISOO AS SHE WAS AMAZING IN HER VERY FIRST DRAMA ❤️❤️

THIS MOVIE IS CANCEROUS FOR THE SOCIETY!!!!!!! HOW CAN THEY JUSTIFY THE MAIN LEAD WHO KILLS EVERYONE, HAS AN AFFAIR DESPITE HAVING A LOVING WIFE AND EVEN TELLS THE WIFE NOT TO MARRY ANYONE IF HE DIES WHILE HE WAS JUST HAVING FUN WITH SOMEONE!!!!! CAN ANYONE JUSTIFY HIS ACTONS ONLY BY SAYING THAT HE DID ALL THIS FOR THE LOVE OF THIS FATHER WHO ONCE DIDN'T EVEN IGNORED HIS OWN CHILD???I MEAN IT MAKES NO SENSE. HURTING YOUR OWN FAMILY FOR THE SAKE OF REVENGE ???? IS IT FAIR??? IS IT LOVE??? I JUST DON'T KNOW HOW PEOPLE ARE CALLING IT A GOOD MOVIE OR DO THESE PEOPLE HAVE THE SAME TOXIC THINKING AS THE CHARACTER!! IT IS REALLY DANGEROUS!!! ITS NOTHING JUST TOXIC!!! IT MAY HAVE HAD A BIG COLLECTION BUT ITS IS UNDOUBTEDLY THE WORST MOVIE OF 2023 AND IN THE HISTORY OF INDIAN CIENEMA!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know why the reviews the reviews are so low. I don't think there is anything in the film that I did not like. The story is unique and it is a topic which was needed to be addressed. It is a story with which everyone can relate because it is so common nowadays to move to a different country for the sake of money. It shows how people illegally move to different developed country through 'DONKEY ROUTE'. The movie shows the hardship of the people who go there by this process only to live a luxury life but contrary to this life isn't that beautiful as people see. They do not get work and live in worst scenarios and then end up begging in roads. The donkey route is of the hardest path from desert to forest to extreme snowfall to move in packed ship containers. It is just devastating and unfortunately hundreds of people die in the process. The thing I like about the movie is that it does not have much action or romance or drama because its the reality. The village they live in, the IELTS English classes, the gurudwara shown, the fraud people who lure others by promising a luxury life etc are all based on real life stories. It is a combination of laughter in the first half and sadness in the next half .The cast was incredible and SRK doing this genre was a treat for us! Vicky stole the show with his special appearance!! It was a great movie and undoubtedly on of the best movie of 2023. It has a strong message for the society and it arises a sense of patriotism unlike many films like ANIMAL which is cancerous for the society!!!!!! It's WORTH watching with the whole family!!!! LOVED IT

What a show!!! Bhopal Gas Leak is an incident which we all are familiar with...but we never got an insight of it. First started this show out of curiosity but at the end of 2nd episode I couldn't stop myself from binge watching the series. Lastly, Babil was fantastic as someone who is so new to acting. He deserves to be in the industry and he is definately not like other starkids...he will continue the legecy of his father with great roles. It is one of the rare story that made me cry. Everyone's acting was pinpoint and obviously hatts off to the casting director. Its a series that's worth watching. We get to know about a lot about the unsung railway heros and hardship of the people who were being affected. A incident that could have been prevented but money seemed more valuable than lives. Till today people didn't get justice but the effect still surrounds them. It's so sad to know that our judiciary failed yet again. The authorities failed yet again. It was ordinary powerless people that saved lives and the one with power were trying to play the blame game. This show is a tribute to all the heros as well as the people who fought with the invisible powerful gas and are still fighting like warriors. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS SERIES TO EVERYONE. ITS WORTH THE 4 HOURS OF YOUR TIME

Now, I have watched more than 40 k-dramas including all superhits...but IT'S OKAY TO NOT BE OKAY remains the BEST. I don't know how can a drama be soooo good. Every episode has a story and that story revolves around the characters. The characters seems to be normal but they are not. With every episode their healing process is being shown and little by little you will feel the change. So easily and calmly such a big issue has been portrayed. I have already watched it 2 times. Other than it the change in everyone's emotions and feelings is just beyond words. Some scenes are so hilarious (especially of Ko min yeong) are next level and you can't stop smiling. In love with the actress SEO YEA Ji , I don't care about her personal life, her acting is just awesome. She is one of the best actress I have seen and her visuals are next level with the fashion sense The actor is also good . Love it..... everyone should watch it ...more to say but I will stop here......JUST GO ND WATCH OR REGRET LATER

Never thought Alchemy of souls:Light and Shadow would be that interesting than part1. It kept me hooked up to the screens and made it difficult to wait for a week to watch it's new episodes. Other casts are awesome as usual but Go Youn-jung is the main element in this season.Her acting, beauty and cuteness adds wonder to this drama. Believe it or not but Part2 is way more interesting as it has a lot to reveal. Talking about the plot, Naksu soul with Bu-yeon body gets saved by Jin family and the story takes a leap of 3 years. Many things changes, like Jang uk's character , Crown prince supporting Jin-mu , everyone fearing and hating naksu etc. Jang uk is with the ice stone and the powerful person in Daeho. He saves Bu-yeon without knowing her nor she has her memories.But still fate brings them together . Will he recongnize her? Very wonderful story watch the season to know what happens. I assure you that you wouldn't be disappointed and it will eventually bring a smile to your face.
