Schindler's list can't be watched at night.
If you have watched it already , you can't watch it again.
It can't be watched without tears of pain.
It can't be watched without tears of hope.
It can't be watched without hatred for all those who committed those heinous crimes against humanity.
But then you will watch it and sit completely absorbed and glued to your screen for good over 3 hours.
Steven Spielberg and Steven Ziallian encapture you very cleverly and pull you into their ghory , gruelsome, honest , raw , scared , uncertain world portrayed perfectly without any colour through the eyes of Nazi regime and their ruthless Herr's.
And then there is hope... Schindler.. portrayed by Liam Neeson, who is not different from other Nazis but the series of incidents which make him humanitarian and how he ends up saving the lives of almost 1100 Jews will leave you with waterworks, not just moist eyes !
The direction of the final 20 mins of the movie deserve a standing ovation and shall linger on with you for the rest of your life.
Please don't watch it alone. Or with kids. Or at night. And keep a romcom handy to sail through the rest of the day.
But then , don't miss this masterpiece of cinema either.
I rarely post reviews in Google but this movie deserves to be seen by every generation.
