Thank all the gods that we have such caring and inclusive loving paid reviewers to show us the light of this fantastic small arthouse story made by a tight passionate young team and a tiny grant from a local arts Council presumably.

What an incredibly vivid picture. it combines all the love and attention of 'peter' and combines it with the deep-set regret and trauma of the 'wendy'. I didn't think it was possible to get this past the censors as a kids movie, but they did, and O BOY is it a raunch-fest. Crazy stuff people do these days. let your kids watch if you want but be prepare to lose them as care services will find out and you will be punished.

OK, let's be fair here. Star trek is about an optimistic future free of the troubles of today where the federation has to go out into the cosmos to find things to do. Just like jurassic Park is about dinosaurs. If you watched a jurassic Park film and there were no dinosaurs that would be a bad film. This is not optimistic, its sad and miserable. There is enough misery in this series on earth alone to warrant the whole federation a failure. Its bad, not worth watching.

utterly dreadful. depressing and small minded. I understand they were trying something new here with some interesting new narratives , and critics seem to love that. But it just comes off horribly, as experimental ideas often do... the show comes off inherently divisive and racist, but overwhelmingly it takes thought provoking source material and turns it into a bland fight in a bland town and i couldn't care less. It would have been more interesting to have just assessed the massive explosion in cheap available energy with veidts utopia on say a developing african nation. I can only hope HBO is mature enough to assess the future of this show, or consider something else, anything else...
