"My Favorite Thing is Monsters" by Emil Ferris is on par with the classic "Maus" work by Art Spiegelman in terms of character depth, pacing, and artwork with some overlapping with the Holocaust. However this great and moving work stands on its own for the sheer haunting beauty of the writing and how those people in the story come to life. Well worth savoring over and over again.

A great story of the Amazons and their tragic fall under the reign of Zeus. The story is magnificent. The art is stunningly beautiful.

A cautionary tale on why Americans need the farms and farmers. It is also hopeful that the next generation will not just be from generational farm families but from people who want to learn to be farmers from all walks of life. Very interesting on how the digital communications can bring about success for family farms and encourage new people who are interested. New ways that are refreshed from old ways like coops. This is a good introduction into what problems are happening in farming and how farmers are finding innovative solutions on the personal level. Well worth viewing.
