While yet to go through the book my understanding is jainism is an independent religion practising ahimsa as dharma . Jain monk was created by lord Vishnu to annihilate demons who were ruling the three world on right path depriving the throne to Indra. The monk taught this new religion to demons who accepted for practice but deviated n practiced adharma which resulted in their vanquish and the throne was restored back to lord Indra to rule world once again. By going through the review this book should be a great one.
