I watched this on VHS without any really strong expectations or any knowledge of what it could've been rated.. but I still don't think I really get it. Maybe I just don't like this style of slapstick, but a lot of the jokes seemed tired and incredibly predictable. Not only that, but it felt like the same joke was repeated multiple times within the same few minutes for multiple scenes- it just makes what was already an arguably mediocre joke more of a drag to watch if you're like me. But besides all that, when the hell did the Pink Panther strike within the main film? When did he strike the first time?? ..Did he even exist? If I ignore what I dislike about the film, though, the parts that were animated were fun to watch while they lasted and I enjoyed the drag queen butler, but that might just be because I like Monty Python. I'm still not sure how worth it it was to watch the entire thing, but don't think I can unwatch it.. at least not yet.
