Animation stays true to the hit arcade game with good storytelling and action sequence. Hope to see more of such animation from video game adaptation in the future.

The first Top Gun was the best. The plot of this sequel feels like watching Star Wars: A New Hope with fighter jets instead of X-Wings blasting 'torpedo' missiles into a small enemy target (Death Star) and maneuvering across mountainous terrains to reach it (Death Star trench). *spoiler alert*: a F14 outmaneuvering and outshooting several '5th Generation fighter jets' in the final sequence provided an absolute hilarious watch while wasting over 2 hours on this Star Wars wannabe

Instead of the usual movie heroine shooting and slashing the zombies and monsters in slow mo, this Neflix series provide a human storyline to its main character ie. Albert Wesker trying to protect his daughters from Umbrella while creating a cure for T-virus. Most of the action involving skirmishes between Jade and the regular zombies and monsters (zeroes, giant centipede, lickers) does not disappoint. The flashbacks were confusing though and could have been done better. Overall, a good series to catch by RE fans and neutrals alike over lazy weekend afternoons...
