My wife and I both liked this film. Looking at how much all the 'film critics' panned it just proves the point again that a good way to pick a move is to look for the ones the critics cane (and conversely, keep away from the movies the critics say are good). It also makes one wonder who bothers to pay these film critics to write anything about any film. Anyway, we liked The Kindness of Strangers. The characters were very nice people down on their luck. The actors played their parts very well and the movie was very touching.
