I was so looking forward to catching up on this highly acclaimed BBC drama which sadly I missed when it was first released. Having now watched all of the first series ... which was really good mainly due to the amazing villain and her sexy boss who play their roles brilliantly I’m now half way through the second series .... and have become really really bored as Sandra Ho - in my opinion is just not a good actress at all. I watched the first series because I was hooked on the villains - whose performances were absolutely stunning .... sadly though - her obsessive ex police officer who is desperate to capture her is not convincing at all. Take away the fact that she is completely unattractive..... and of course question why the villain would fancy her????? My main struggle is she just doesn’t convince me as an actress .... she and her boss in the series seem very wooden and have left me feeling cold and struggling to believe the story lines ... so I won’t be looking forward to series 3 sadly as I can’t even finish series 2 during lock down !!!
