I've played tactical shooters and other FPS for years. Valorant has all the potential development-wise, the game is fresh and up-to-date or even above the competition in a lot of verticals. However I can safely say that this game will inevitably decrease in reputation due to the crazy lack of balance in ranked/competitive mode and most of all the worst community i've ever seen in a long time in a single videogame. To the point that when you decide to start the game you are probably setting your self up to hours of suffering and frustation. The game smells of smurfing from top to bottom, to the point where you simply cannot rank up long term after establishing your rank. The most common scenarios are that your team will troll your game, will be afk or simply address you in the most toxic way possible.
