I'm so pleased that Ed did this documentary. I'm sure that care staff from care homes and the community would all agree with his findings. I've worked in both care homes and community for over 25 years until retirement at 70. Working in the community, whilst working alone in someone's home, we had no back-up alongside of us but we had to use our training and experience to deal with dementia, a sudden death, physical abuse, attempted suicide, neglect and the list goes on. All for a nearly minimum wage
