They did great work with the adaption from the animated story to live action. Yes, parts of the story had to be dropped due to time constraints. However, changes maintained constancy with the overall themes and story arc. Many actors portrayed their characters good and the character depth was well illustrated. Overall, well worth it. I can watch each episode again and again without cringe.
