What an awful movie. The female protagonist is unbearable! I don't think I've ever hoped for the death of someone in a movie more. She's so whiney, weak and annoying. The movie is slow and the first 2/3 is extremely predictable. Finally at 59 minutes we get some action. The action is inconsistent though. *spoilers* One second the shark is biting her leg and thr next it's just chilling next to her. And what the hell is she walking through after she gets up? Smoke? Fog? Blowing sand? Also, she was on land. Why would she unanchor the raft and risk getting pulled back out to sea? I don't get it. Never once did I care about the main character. She lived...cool? The one thing this movie proved is that Jack could've fit on that board with Rose.
