Pros: Bill Hader bring in some good jokes. Heavyweight casts bringing their A-game. Rather fitting conclusion. Odes to the original film. Cons: Lots of clichés. Lack of Pennywise screen time. Scares telegraphed and became too obvious and predictable. Sound design wasn't creative - feel like it was meant to jump scare generic audiences. Toned down on the gore. Overall: Chapter 1 raised the bar so high, the sequels being sequel was always going to feel handicapped. Won't be helping myself to a second screening.
