Watching it was indeed suffocating but that is the whole point. The suffocation Diana must have felt which was clearly portrayed and conveyed to the audience. It is tear-jerking and heart breaking. There were key moments that made me feel warm, anxious and scared too which is exactly what Diana was feeling at those moments. Conveying her feeling as such to a great extent is what makes this film good.

This cartoon was part of all my school life and I still do get all nostalgic and the same emotions when I was the "child" me who grew up watching this. It's been a few years until recently I saw my 6-year-old cousin watching a cartoon named ben10 that was nothing like what I watched years ago. I was shocked and to be honest little mad about not seeing the classic version anymore. I couldn't bring myself to watch the new one. The classic, alien force, ultimate alien... It's irreplaceable!! Be the storyline or the liveliness in the animation... I know animation got better over years but it just lost life... The characters back then had a life though it's a cartoon but now it's just become literal "animation"... lifeless pictures moving around.
