Captain Fiasco

A dreary, go nowhere snore. The film has one premise, which is strung out thinly and diluted. The minor characters (sister and Dominic in particular) were far more interesting and appeared to have an inner-world that could have been explored but was ignored. Having said that the acting was good and in places convincingly good.
