Hundreds of soldiers rushing up a hill to certain death shouting "Durga mata ki jai" was perhaps how the Rajputs fought the Mughals in the 16th century, not how wars are fought today. Just ask soldiers how many of them call home from the middle of a battle? Too much melodrama, with sentimental flashbacks of maa aur bibi back home. Where was the Indian Air Force? This is the Bollywood filmy version of the Kargil War, not a documentary of the actual war. Pointlessly long, as if more is better. The entire Bollywood fraternity showed up to act in this movie, but no one got a well-developed storyline!
