As a 50yr old man we studied the original in my last year of comprehensive school in music, I lived the movie and couldn’t wait to see it in our lesson. My wife is a singer and begged me to watch the remake with her, so wish I hadn’t. Dreadful casting poor acting . Just plain old poor
