I placed an order for a Chicken tikka with naan with one of the members on staff. There was a queue of at least a dozen people in front of me. The younger member of staff acknowledged my order, took the pre-prepared batch of chicken from that fridge to place on the oven. An older member of staff, grabbed the chicken and said I was too late to order the chicken and snatched it from his colleague. Let's be honest, we only visit this establishment because we need a late night feed, but if they do not care or want to exploit us, why bother visiting. I would highly unrecommend. To clarify this was 20 minutes before their advertised closing time. The young staff I have been served by previously have been respectfully but you have to watch out for the old boys
