I will never ever shop online with these people again. Their website layout looks like a high school kid put it together for a class project which he got a "C" grade. All I wanted to buy was some flax seeds. Apparently they don't know how to estimate the cost of shipping and charge you, pay by credit card secure checkout or PayPal checkout. NOPE! None of that, they shipped the seeds and I did receive them. Then apparently they sent out a invoice which I don't remember ever getting. Their second letter/invoice I did receive and it said, we are a small family business and can't survive with customers who don't pay their bill. I don't remember asking for any special shipping and billing. I order. I pay, they ship your product. These folks need some serious help running the business. They could have estimated the shipping and over charged me and I would have paid on the spot. Who does business that way? Then the letter also stated that said they prefer payment with a check. I haven't written a check in years. I'm sure these are the same folks that whip out their checkbook while in the self service registers at the grocery store. Anyway. I told them to send me any other way I could pay them and I did pay them immediately. It was the tone of their letter that got under my skin. It was snarky and self righteous and I responded in kind. Estimate the cost of shipping charge extra, provide a method of payment. take the payment and then ship the product. If your customers can even find what they are looking for. Terrible company to do business with and I won't ever use them again.
