I get what they are trying to do here but I guess my views have been skewed from Anthony Bourdain and Gordon Ramsay because it seems so pretentious. Locally grown and sources products are wonderful and local artists are as well and I think showcasing is also great but the majority of the time it seems the menus and decor are better before! The before is always something I would love to travel too, the after is always a quickie LA food Truck menu that Wayfair vomited on. It also irks me when they completely look over a beautiful spread , pick it apart then you see them use it on the next episode.

I thought it was going to be awful but it's pretty good, the colloquial back and fourth banter is addictive as the meth town, and some moments of laugh out loud hilarity. Can get a bit gross at times but all in all it's like if the Red Green Show had a baby with It's s Always Sunny in Philadelphia and the 7 episode seasons make it binge worthy
