Wonderful psychological thriller and wonderful cinematography. We felt totally immersed in 1950's Italy, including the black and white films of the old italian film masters.

Wife and I both loved our afternoon with this movie. We loved the dancing, the music, the "stage" or theater feel, and the energy. Rarely, very rarely, am I brought to tears, but the Jennifer Hudson rendition of "Memories" upended me. We are mystified by all the terrible reviews, but then we love musical theater and the fun of it.
