"Another Guillermo del Toro Masterpiece" Pinocchio was the first movie 🎬 I saw at the movies, I still remember how much I loved that day ages ago. This new version of Guillermo del Toro goes deeper into the heart of the wooden puppet. Such a brilliant display of honesty and purity carves the souls of each viewer with the perfection that only a master can achieve. How can you tell a story with such magestic candor to a world divided by so many issues. How can you address multiple conflicts and transform them into a melody full of compassion, acceptance and love. How can you transform a classic story into something newer that goes beyond those topics nobody wants to talk about, such us death and make them look like the ultimate and most beautiful step and an unavoidable one. It is not easy to watch this marvelous flick without experiencing deep conflicts within our own souls. Guillermo touches war, religion, acceptance, death, friendship and the desperation of lossing a loved one. At the end, love triumphs without having to change the main character, in fact it is him who changes everyone else. "If he is made of wood like me, how can everyone loves him but hates me" the world needs to learn to accept one another, to love and respect the fact that we are all different, once we do that, we will be part of this marvelous adventure that only Guillermo del Toro could create alongside his extraordinary team.
