Don't watch, it only leads to frustration and disappointment with the direction the story goes. You'll like it until you watched it all then you'll wish that you never did.
The overall premise of the show is great, and character development is real good.
The show has many mysteries that keep you watching hoping to eventually find the answer, when you eventually do understand the overall premise of the show it's actually illogical. The motivations for various villains, mysteries and conflicts of the show don't have logical reasons.
Around end of season 4 at the point of a ship exploding the story becomes obviously poorly written as if they are making it up as they go along.
There is multiple poorly executed time travel elements, a overall backstory that is illogical and contradictory. There is many nonsensical events and elements in the show that can't even be explained within the sci-fi, mythological premise.
Half of the final season is very dull and ultimately irrelevant to the story as is revealed in the final episode, which is disappointing and nonsensical in it's self.
