Sheriff Higgins has exemplified humanity. Yes, these are detainees due to criminal allegations whereas the Sheriff could have continued to treat them as institutionalized warehouse criminals but he implemented a catalyst approach for change which favorably impacted each individual and most effectively the prison operation. This experience amplified the fact - jail is NOT Rehabilitation - positive environment is a huge factor for behavioral change.

Love it... Great story/documentary on past occurrences. 50 is an enterprising force.

Not intellectually challenged. A waste of talent. Soooo predictable. Thought Tyler had something new to share. Kelly Rowland must of received a huge compensation to align with such an oppressive story.

The docuseries is an emotional journey. Why is this historical event deliberately suppressed in American History. America needs to own and recognize the perpetual pain, unjust and violence which they allowed. How does one reconcile the holocaust observation and management versus the African American genocides which took place on USA soil. (Holocaust did not occur in USA but receives more acknowledgement). Black wall street/Tulsa annihilations are NOT in our USA history books. Go figure.....
