Rakshit Shetty stars as “Shiva”, a headstrong “Kambala” (traditional Kannadiga bull racing) athlete and illegal hunter of forest animals, who also hails from a family with a long tradition of being “Bhootha Kola” (spirit dance) performers. Set in rural Karnataka in the 1990s, the film delves into his fractious relationship with a hot-headed cop (Kishore) as well as a greedy landlord (Achyuth Kumar) and how he embarks on a personal mission to save his village from evildoers.

I always say & i say this again today RAKSHIT SHETTY never disappoints , he is a gem of KFI taking the industry to next level with unique films, the idea behind this film , the Dog - Owner emotion and vice versa is soo magically portrayed that you feel the emotions raw & real ,the screenplay is just butter smooth and keeps you entertained & stitched to the movie, first half is full of fun and the way companionship between Charlie & Dharma is built is portrayed , Rakshit has done his best all through the runtime as serious & arrogant Dharma to a character that melts down as emotional guy , Raj Shetty as Dr Ashwin Kumar entertains you & makes you laugh out loud , Sangeeta Sringeri as Devika has done her role to the best .

the script and they struck to the facts which proved to be a very good move. The story did not have the bollywood unnecessary masala but the reality of the hero whom we all know today, the character build up was beautifully done. Most part of the script was in Punjabi dialect and the part of young Vikram was in pahari dialect to represent their linguistic background which have been missing from Bollywood for a really long time.

Extraordinary movie..a perfetto treat for vijay fans first half is superb specially the rayappan character vijay nailed it with an awesome performance. Other than that It’s clearly seen atlee is struggling in first half but rapayappan character stood well. And romance scenes with naynthara worked well. Yogi babu is on another level hos timing dialogue related helped a lot. Second half is an entire different movie but it doesn’t feel while you watching sports drama took his spot in second half. Brilliantly visualised each and every football movement and a stunning performance by Vijay. Vivek comedy helps the screenplay little bit enjoyable behalf football.All the women did great in football portions.
