It could have been soooo much better. It feels rushed, and the graphics are just awful. When we can have games life Life is Strange: True Colors, Lake just feels like a bad excuse.
I wanted to love this so much, but it was the biggest disappointment this year so far. The calming story was constantly met with frustration over the lack of details and the already mentioned horrible graphics. I played it on the PS5 paired with a 4k TV and it felt like I was watching a 720p image constantly, with no settings to change any visuals.
