It was very disappointing to note that Ms Lawrence had been a better actor than both Queen Latifa and Brandy Norwood. He was very consistent, believable and committed within every scene. Many times the other two mentioned came across as if reading lines. It was terrible and the transition between those lines many a times unprofessional and exaggerated. The show was canceled and low rated because of such. We did not get to experience who Colletta really was and Ms Norwood came off as Moesha many a times. They shouldn't have been casted. The director needs to take much blame also. The writers needed to not be lazy and much inspiration was lacking story lines should've been more convincing by the second season. I felt I was going nowhere with these girls. Despite this the actors with the exception of those mentioned were believable. Please note both Brandy and QL are good actors but in this gig a complete no no. I believe Ms Lawrence is someone to watch and he needs to be casted as a lead in a heart wrenching bio pic. Do the research people. While the iron is hot strike!
