We entered the Beckley facility on March 31, 2024. We were welcomed with open arms by the director, Michelle and one of the techs, Miss Tammy. It was Easter Sunday so we were both scared and emotional. But we felt comfortable eventually and everyone was so welcoming and caring and kind. My fiance and I got to go together and it made us so much closer. This was a plus to be able to go together and this facility is one of the only ones in the state that accepts couples!! All of the staff was absolutely wonderful and some of our favorites were Tammy, Courtney, Elaina,, Shawn, Melissa, Carol, Tamara, and of course, Michelle!! I would recommend this facility to anyone and everyone looking for help with addiction. They feed you so well, there isn't too much drama or chaos, and they help you with everything! We came in with almost nothing and we left with clothes for us and even for our kids, too! We felt prepared to be on our own and have succeeded extraordinarily!! We are 6 months clean, have our own home, I start work tomorrow, and we have both of our babies home with us! Yes, it isn't always a bed of roses or easy to be out on our own but the tools they gave us helped us to succeed!!! Thank you to everyone at this facility!!! We love you all!
