I really believed I was in that kitchen amongst all that tension. Stephen Graham was his usual brilliant self and the fact it was one uncut take from beginning to end was amazing. Clever subplot introduced with his ex partner, who he stole money from, turning up at the restaurant with the food critic. Finally when the woman reacts to the food as she had a nut allergy, he then totally implodes and it was no surprise what happened at the end.
