The game is passable in terms of 3A quality control, but the writing which made Watchdogs 2 in my opinion an underrated masterpiece simply isn't here. There is absolutely ZERO fleshed out characters in Legion. Every dialogue that I have heard at this point is just a bunch of unmemorable mumbling about how we need to infiltrate this location. The stereotypical antagonists (the one main bad guy that get things done, the plot twist bad guy, the typical delusional gangbanger, and the bad guy with a god complex) are better written than any Dedsec members who are supposed to be the protagonists. What?! Do not buy this game for an adventure experience, buy this if you are bored and want to hack the dystopian sandbox London because that is what this game boils down to. The mission design and graphics however are very fine, there are some enjoyable levels in the game. Just make sure not to play this game for a memorable cast.
