This is my absolute favorite Spider-Man movie. I love how it basically connects the dots in the MCU, in regards to the previous Spider-Man movies, all the while honoring Tom Hollands predecessors who dawned the Spider-Man costumes long before him. And although Toby and Andrew were great in these roles, Tom Holland plays THEE BEST Peter Parker/ Spider-Man. And I love his chemistry with Zendaya, which seems nothing less than organic. Oh, and bringing back old heads such as Alfred Molina, Willem Defoe, Jamie Foxx, among many others is just the icing on the cake.

I thought it was good. The kills are brutal and Michael Myers is more dangerous than ever. Some parts are creepy, like the fact that Michael continuously displays his stealthy stalking ‘powers.’ And like modern day horror movies (which this one in particular doesn’t take away from the scariness of the original), it is equipped with its intended hilarious moments. If you like horror movies, I definitely recommend seeing this one.

I thought it was an awesome continuation from the original with a great storyline and dope cinematography. I love the civil messages depicted throughout the film as well. Although it isn’t as haunting as the original, it still holds up as a modern day horror film.
