I have never watched your show!! I have no idea the impulse to watch your monologue Wednesday August 14-2024. The theme; DEI and Meritocracy!! So ridiculously ON POINT!! I am a permanent resident of the Terrace View Long Term Care Nursing Home in Buffalo, NY. It is operated by Erie County; State of NY. THE DEI here; is in Overdrive. One gets the impression that it is illegal to hire white. They cannot be supervised. HR is laced with DEI directives. The unions further enhance the subculture of disregard & dismissiveness to work ethics. The cell phone is within reach; constantly. It is almost as if there is an undercurrent designed to manipulate ‘the system’ to tap into a Reparations Source. With you so well articulating the POINT, I felt that I had to get this off of my chest. I have been in this nursing home now for almost four years. The DEI subculture; is embedded here.
