***ATTENTION EVERYBODY*** If you are a PARENT looking at reviews, please do NOT, I repeat DO NOT show this horrible, inappropriate movie to your innocent children’s young eyes. I recommend only letting people at the age of 17 or higher watch this. It SHOULD be rated R. FIRST of all, this movie had very scary images, such as a scarecrow and a witch. HORRIFYING makeup and outfits are on these people. It is DISGUSTING how this movie doesn’t have warnings. The plot ITSELF is TERRIBLE and SCARRING. Dorothy, a minor, got let out inside of a tornado, which is EXTREMELY Unresponsible of the PARENTS of this young girl. She then lands in a fairy-tail land, where to get home she has to meet TERRIFYING creatures , a scarecrow, lion, and tin-man and then go on a huge journey to get home, a sign of TRAUMA and EMOTIONAL HEALTH, WELLBEING, AND EMOTIONAL ABUSE. This movie is also EXTREMELY MISLEADING to children under the age of 17, showing them that if they DON’T escape from a TORNADO, they will end up into a MAGICAL LAND, and can lead to SERIOUS injury or even DEATH. Please, PLEASE, do NOT show children under the age of 17, it can lead to TRAUMA in their young minds.
