Honestly? This game punishes the players under so many aspects that is almost masochistic playing it.
I personally didn't like all the deceiving with advertising and trailers. They lied. ND replaced a character and manipulated the message of the trailer just to relate part II to the previous TLOU and build some hype.
All the vicious, psychological narrative cheap shots you could imagine are in this game.
They slap you in the face so many not-so-subliminal messages that you start questioning yourself if ND believes you're not very bright and you won't understand if they don't push that hard.
I forced myself to finish the game. The story, and the events, are so poorly written that was a struggle.
The art team made a visual masterpiece, good mood, lighting, general look, amazing environments. The gameplay is ok, just a refreshed version of the first TLOU (which I adored, and still love all around).
Unfortunately, the game experience is so poor that I really couldn't appreciate the world they created. I just wanted to play something else and forget this sequel.
