You don't take the name of a classic movie and then don't connect the two. You rode on the back of what Exorcist brought and failed. This was a regular possession movie and no more. Shouldn't have used the Exorcist name and maybe it would of been reviewed better. Took a gamble and failed.

I loved that it connected to the original of Jed sitting on the deck telling the story of Timmy. I think they did a great job.
