St. Maud is painfully mediocre. Tries to juggle deeper themes and intense imagery but fails at entertaining. St Maud is supposed to be a horror physiological thriller but It is not scary physically or psychologically. Just a mess. It is like someone had the ingredients to make a good film but just didn’t put it together properly. Not worth watching. More like a 4/10.
