I love watching Chris prepare his meals. Am watching now. I am a 'picky' eater, so wonder what he would feed me. I don't like to bite into a piece of onion. The only veggies I can manage are squash, pumpkin, butternut., maybe carrots if in rounds, julliene or small blocks. I love potatoes and can enjoy small amounts of rice. I do not like any green veggies, except maybe peas and green beans,. But everything has to be soft, as I have no bottom dentures, which would enable me to actually bite anything. Strangely I can eat steak (if I cut them into small pieces) Ooo...no corn, no peanut butter or other nuts. If only meat was not so expensive (for us pensioners), I'd love roast beef, chicken or lamb ....and pork, with crackling.
I enjoy pasta dishes as long as they don't have too much tomato paste/sauce, etc. Macaroni with bacon and cheese.......Lasagna......Spaghetti Bolognaise, can be nice. Don't give me carrot cake....carrot is a vegetable not for cake.
Thanks for letting me ask. regards, Granny Claudia in Cape Town.
