Marisa Abela has clearly studied every bit of Amy footage she could to nail this as much as she has. She has a voice that's similar when she sings in the film and she 65 percent of the time looks like Amy ,with her north London accent quite good . I really enjoyed watching Marisa as Amy . I could have gone on and on watching her . The film, although at around 2 hrs long , feels so short considering there's sooo much more to her life ... I felt I needed to know more about Amy ,but I've seen nearly everything I can ... Marisa Abela did encapsulate this icon. Remember ,she's an actress and NOT an impersonator .. I really doubt anyone else could have gotten any nearer to being Amy than Marisa.
