I took notes of this, this isn’t a full overview of the entire story, just the moments I found/pointed out as always this contains spoilers Avatar 2 sucked This movie sucks story wise, visually stunning but that’s about as good as it gets The pacing sucks It’s all jammed together and it’s still 3 hours Quick reintroduction of the humans without prior information about them working to go back to pandora and then shoots to 1 year later showing very little Wish they would actually Expand more on how they made the avatars for the people How they made the dead person come to life with the capsule or whatever In the first one there was world building with the videos With this one it’s just hey me go kill sully haha Would’ve liked to see them expand on the world and the cool trees Me, personally, I would like to expand upon the world and the trees that they connect to Remember how they burned most of the village? What’s the after cost? Nothing, we see nothing, no damage no smoke no aftermath it’s like it didn’t happen Could’ve done a lot more with a lot less it’s 3 hours and still is a mess This feels like an extra movie that wasn’t needed, I feel like the first one was fine, less is more and in this case, a lot more but they made another worse one Graphically it’s very impressive but I don’t see much of a difference from the first one Plus how would they have prepared for full on submarine and water gear what, And the convient tracking revealing their location and everything Who are they selling the ageless stuff to??? Maybe expand on the fact that earth is crumbling and the struggle to survive Also there has been absolutely no issue with running out of oxygen, unlike in the first movie Their guns look like mixes of a g36 and a famas. If we go by this logic than he has 30 bullets a mag, he would need like 12+ mags to be able to shoot this much and still have ammo, if we go by FAMAS logic than he has 25 per mag, EVEN LESS BULLETS Love how their GUNPOWDER BASED GUNS still work after being FULLY SUBMERGED INTO W A T E R The gunpowder should dry up and therefore stop the gun from working It would need to be dried and possibly replaced with more gun powder Their excuse could be it’s a special gun so it’s not gunpowder based or there’s more ammo in a mag but there can only be so much in one mag, and how would the gun malfunction?? What about gun Jams or running out of ammo and doing hand to hand?? The only MAJOR stakes we’ve had the whole movie are at the end There are 3 more of these? Better be better than this If You have to come up with excuses and reasons to protect this film, you shouldn’t have to, the film should cover itself just fine but nope
