bought the program and it would not download. Went online to see that it was free to download. Able to download and access a few times and then it said I needed product key but when I pushed the button it went to a dead site that told me to reload and reload and reload and reload and reload.AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHh
