Not great. Only silly/random shots go in the net. The AI players on your team will take penalties non-stop and more often than not, if you get one penalty there’s another coming right after leading to long 5 on 3s. All caused by AI. The new controls are decent enough and I like that you don’t send guys flying just by touching them anymore but this is far from the best version of the EA NHL series.
