Great show BUT…when the house is revealed is water, gas, and electric already set up and is the home 100% in livable order or are the owners responsible for the addition of utilities? I’m just curious. I never see electrical wires coming to the home nor do I ever hear about gas or water companies coming out. Also, do they prearrange for the City to come out and inspect?
