I find so far after finishing watching EP5 that the series has a different tone to it than the films. What the series tries to do is establish characters early to bring forward the catalyst of events that will eventually unfold. Undeniably there have been negative reviews (particularly racist views fuelled by wannabe YouTubers who spark argument in their videos to generate views for which they are paid for) comparing the series to the films. This series slowly uncovers the plot bit by bit and the range of characters stories that need to be told is a topic for critics who do not like the pace. But the series is a great entertaining fantasy story that will undoubtedly get better as the show goes on. Overall, a story should not be rushed and I would be happy that this is a continued theme throught the seasons which was the opposite of what the GOT last season was for fans. Its good, and worth a watch.

This movie disorientates your moral compass having you feel empathy, sadness and hate towards the joker but funnily enough you're at the end of the movie thinking he was justified in his actions. Brilliant movie! A somewhat redefining theme that DC should take since marvel have already manned the corny superhero genre. Must see!
